Muyo learns Moderate skills by leveling up. They have a range of effects from debuffs, unique buffs, as well as party revive, and damaging attacks. His Dying Will skills are more unique. They require him to be shirtless and at low health and he can learn new moves mid battle. He must be shirtless to use, and the damage dealing skills do more damage the lower health he is at. These skills have a chance to be learned depending on your level, as Muyo gets more levels the likelihood of him learning any specific skill increases, as long as he is shirtless and at low health mid battle at the end of each turn.

Description

Muyo, like Kuno, is another reference to the previous game in which guys get turned into girls, as he has been turned into a blond angel in the Re:Gamening. He is the Pure Thunder Elemental unit and as such he starts with Thunder 1 (5MP). His special skills are Moderation and Dying Will, which references his roles as a Moderator on UPN and a fan of the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn! With these powers he can do everything from revive himself and allies, to debuffing enemies, to dealing immense damage at low HP. His highest stat is his MP which allows him to use a range of magical skills without needing to be Soul'd or Devotion'd as often. He can also double the amount of healing done by items, but only when he uses them. His low Defense stat makes him a liability in boss battles where the enemy attacks multiple times or has too much MP to drain right away. However, built right and with crits, he can deal over 80,000 points of damage. However he does require incredible timing and Luck to use properly, which is why not everyone likes to use him. If you must put a Thunder spell on him, do Thunder All 3 as his Dying Will ultimate skill, Electric Cornata, is a Single-Target attack and TA3 will give you the ability to do Thunder AOE damage. The highest tier of Debuffs aren't a bad idea either.
