Beyond Bounds (Outside) can be entered by talking to an Angel Statue in End Of The World, exiting south of the main lobby of Beyond Bounds (Palace), or by exiting Beyond Bounds (Dark Palace).

The entire area is covered in Tall Grass, causing all repel effects to have 1/2 duration.

A teleporter will appear after defeating Sealer of Wrath which will allow teleportation to any of the sealers in the area and the Palace entrance.
